Ancillary Services Price List!
All fees for the requested services must be paid upon the completion of services rendered (professional inspections). The inspection report will be released to our client by the next business day provided that payment has been received.

OBTAINING YOUR REPORT
- The PRIMARY method is electronically via email attachment (we send the report to you or your agent if so agreed upon in the contract)
- Alternatively, the inspection report maybe obtained by you directly from FetchReport, which is located on this website or can be found by typing http://www.fetchreport.com into your browser. We will contact you when your report has been uploaded to the FetchReport server and is ready for download.
CONFIDENTIALITY: It is the clients decision whether or not to release the report to third parties. Discovery Real Estate Inspection Services will not release the inspection report to anyone unless the client gives authorization in writing to do so.
DISCOUNTS:
ARMED FORCES DISCOUNT: Active Military, Reservist, or Veterans can enjoy up to 10% off a residential inspection and / or other ancillary services offered by DISCOVERY Real Estate Inspection Services.
NATIONAL GUARD: You get this too!
Must show proof of status on inspection day! DD-214, Active Duty ID, CALVET ID card, etc.
SENIOR DISCOUNT: We have a discount program for senior citizens. Ages 65 and older can enjoy up to 10% off a residential inspection and / or other ancillary services offered by DISCOVERY Real Estate Inspection Services.
